Start of a new day

Today I woke up and thought what the heck am I doing? BrowniAdd Videoes for breakfast??? While they were homemade and super yummy .. what nutritional value am I getting from Brownies?
So Here I am deciding to dedicate my self to improving my self this year.
I need to do a few things.
  1. stop the bad eating habit ( No more brownies for breakfast)
  2. for the next 8 weeks I must no exceptions get to the gym 3 times a week. I have to make time for me and this is one way I will do it!
  3. Stop eating out! Yes Thai would be wonderful and yummy but making homemade is much better.

So eating out is defiantly a challenge and I will express everything in my blog post so stay tuned for that one.

I am not going to concentrate on weight loss , even though i could loose a few, I am going to concentrate on being healthy and weight loss second. Perhaps this way I won't self sabotage, skip days or even make up a hundred excuses why tomorrow is better day to start.
